Physiotherapy
Physiotherapists are university educated, primary healthcare professionals who can assess, diagnose and treat a variety of musculoskeletal impairments. We work collaboratively with other health professionals to ensure you receive optimal care and management.
With a client-centered approach, physiotherapists use evidence-informed knowledge of rehabilitation science, biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology to help you with your pain, injury, movement dysfunction, and chronic/persistent conditions.
We use a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy and manipulation, IMS/dry needling, customized therapeutic exercise prescription, education, shockwave and other electrophysical agents.
We are committed to creating an inclusive space for you. We have an experienced group of humans who like music, singing in the clinic, and laughing a lot. We are here to listen to you and your story, and communicate your treatment plan in partnership with you.
The goal of physiotherapy is to help you rediscover your capacity and resilience to heal and thrive, and be happy with what you have, while working for what you want.
